I came into Ale House and was excited to try something NEW!! I eat here ALL THE TIME, but I’ve never had the cilantro lime bowl! It was absolutely amazing, with the salmon!! I will definitely be ordering this again, especially if LOS is on the grill! He’s the best grill cook that Ale House has!! THANKS SO MUCH LOS : ) !

Our waiter Anthony provided outstanding service. He made sure our order was correct and any adjustments that was needed was taken care of quickly. The food was good, especially the Philly Cheese Steak. We enjoyed our 1st experience at the Caroline’s Ale restaurant, but it won’t be our last. We will be back again!!!

DOORDASH REVIEW: Been here as a patron many times, and every time was nice. The Ale House is very sports vibey with a touch of restaurant. Bright and active. Staff stays moving which is always a plus. From my experience, its rare to catch someone on the staff engaging you without a smile on their faces. The food is plentiful in choices. The bartending staff are pleasant...will talk with you if you feel, but know how to leave you be if you just wanna chill. All-in-all, a place you can vibe with your food during the week and parlay with the crew on litty weekend nights.

I love randomly finding a good time and that’s what happened at Carolina Ale House. It started with great drinks and excellent service. You can tell the staff enjoy being there. Everyone was attentive, friendly and fast from the greeters to the manager who stopped by to say hello. The food is really good. I had the Buffalo chicken wrap and the salad and it hit the spot. Next thing I know there’s a DJ and it turned into a karaoke spot! It was really fun and I can definitely see this as a place I’d come to on a regular basis

Came here to dine in with my boys. Service was spectacular Darian was so friendly and attentive. My cilantro chicken bowl was everything! My boys enjoyed their food as well.
